Please follow the following procedure when requesting any campus facility outside of the classroom or outside of normal school hours:
 
1. Click here to print the Use of Facilities Form. Please check the master calendar to ensure that there are no conflicts.
 
2. Fill out the Facilities Form. Please come to the Navigators' Center if you need support.
 
3. Bring the completed Form to the Navigators' Center.
 
4. The Navigators' Center will forward the completed form to to administration for approval and Master Calendar.
 
5. Final copies will be distributed to and held by custodians and the Navigators' Center.
